Ladies it is time to burn baby, burn!
Thanks to a professional team consisting of myself, personal trainer Bryant Appollon of Train with Appollo and nutrition coach Jennifer Palazzo of Phoenix Muscle we have designed a 12 week boot camp that is like none other. Our goal is to help you to burn FAT, build muscle TONE and get LEAN
Our boot camp program consists of 2 parts:
Part I. Tri-Phase Physical Conditioning Program
Phase I: Total Body Conditioning
Phase II: Strength & Conditioning
Phase III: Calisthenics and Power
All three phases will be jam packed with cardio, body weight and weighted workouts.

Part II. Nutrition and Meal Prep Program
We will actually TEACH you you exactly how to EAT to meet your fitness goals. Jen and I will be meeting with you for 7 sessions to take your nutrition and meal planning to the next level.
