Bootcamp will be held at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym 235 Robbins Ln, Syosset NY on Tuesday and Thursday

2 sessions available:

Session A: 6:45pm – 7:15 pm (10 people max)

Session B: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (10 people max)

 

What is Flat Belly Tight Booty Bootcamp?

30 minute upper and lower body workouts that incorporates resistance training, core to sculpt and cardio to lose inches. Clients will also receive guidance as to how to eat easy tasty delicious meals while still losing inches.

Clients will receive:

  • Twelve 30 minute Fat Burning Belly Busting Workouts (In-person and virtual)
  • One 30 minute stretching session to relax those tired muscles
