In-person group training sessions are available upon demand. These are great for team building, bridal parties, special events etc.
In-person sessions will be held Bev Francis Gym 235-C Robbins Lane, Syosset NY. There is parking in front and in back of the gym. There is also an overflow parking lot off of Aerial Way.
